The Perelli farm was born 100 years ago in the countryside between the provinces of Arezzo, Siena, Florence, in the heart of the most authentic and precious Tuscany. Born from the love of Federico Bindi for the land, its products and the desire to create, around the first farmhouse, the first vines and the first olive tree grove to be able to constitute a place of production especially of oil and wine.
Over time, its structure has been consolidated, as has its production. This has allowed the company to reach prestigious heights above all in the production of olive oil, several times ranked among the top places in local competitions and included in initiatives to enhance local productions known worldwide as the Olionostrum project or used as a raw material for the production of natural cosmetic products due to its high concentration of antioxidant polyphenols.
THE TECHNOLOGICAL REBIRTH
In 2018 a group of young entrepreneurs with a strong technological vocation proposed to the Perelli property to make a further leap in quality through the adoption of new methods of cultivation and enhancement of the activity. The proposal, welcomed with enthusiasm, involves the development of a series of projects with a strong IT vocation, capable at the same time of guaranteeing a further qualitative improvement of the productions and a greater safeguard of the territory with reduction of the productive impact. A new brand, a new identity, a new way of communicating accompany this transformation that changes the company's appearance, rooting it even more deeply in history and tradition, the only real roots on which to build the future.
